We Are Pleased To Announce the Refurbishment of the
Victoria and Alfred Hotel S Second Floor Rooms As Well As
the Long Awaited Addition of the Third Floor. This
Extension Will Increase Our Room Complement from 68 To a
Total of 94 Ultra Large, Luxury Rooms. The Building
Project Will Commence On 11 April 2005 and is Due To Be
Completed At the End of October 2005. There Will Be
Builders On Site Mondays To Fridays from 07h00 To 17h00.
The Ground and First Floor Areas of the Hotel Will Be
Fully Operational and Totally Out of Bounds For
Contractors During This Period. Once Completed, the
Victoria and Alfred Hotel Will Be One of the Most
Magnificent Boutique Hotels in Cape Town With Arguably,
